Your new role
In your new role as a Talent Partner, you will play a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and securing skilled candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, you will not just be filling roles you will be shaping teams and influencing business outcomes. You will understand the workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience is upheld at all times whilst confidently taking ownership of the responsibilities outlined below:
* Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
* Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier white-collar talent
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation and ensuring alignment with role requirements and organisational culture
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
* Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers
* Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies
* Support onboarding and contribute to continuous improvement of talent processes
