**About the Role**
Grampians Health is seeking an organised, detail-oriented Administration Officer to support two dynamic General Managers—Access, Performance and Workforce, and Clinical Support and Service Improvement. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll support critical day-to-day operations and contribute to broader strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Provide high-level admin support to General Managers
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and track key performance
- Maintain records, manage requisitions and grant invoices
- Support committee prep, travel bookings, and event logistics
- Assist with HR tasks like orientation and performance reviews
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and handle enquiries
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver accurate and timely executive admin support
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
- Manage invoices, requisitions, and HR-related admin
- Maintain databases, SharePoint, and document registers
- Ensure records and reports meet compliance requirements
- Support communication, media coordination, and events
**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident minute-taker with high attention to detail
- Experience in admin, project or event coordination desirable
