About the role
As a part-time Business Development Manager at Beach Property Group, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding the company's client base. Based in the beautiful Bokarina, managing multiple properties, this role offers a flexible work arrangement that allows you to balance your professional and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
* Identifying and pursuing new client relationships
* Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients
* Building and maintaining strong relationships
* Generating and converting new leads to secure new listings for the company
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for all clients
* Build and maintain investor and referral relationships
* Conduct appraisals and referral relationships
* Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
* Experienced in a business development or sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
* Proven track record of successfully identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
* Familiarity with the local Bokarina and surrounding real estate markets
