Job Overview
As an Ammonia Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence at our site. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safe and efficient production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.

* Complete training modules and sign off on ammonia plant operations
* Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols
* Monitor plant condition and intervene when necessary
* Perform routine maintenance on plant and equipment
* Collaborate with team members to execute start-up and shutdown procedures as required
About You:
We seek an individual who is driven, has a strong ability to learn quickly, and possesses leadership qualities including effective communication and teamwork skills. You will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and professional development within our department.
* Previous experience working in ammonia plant environments
* Commitment to upholding our high-performance culture
* Advanced knowledge of boiler and steam turbine systems (desired)
* High levels of mechanical aptitude and process troubleshooting skills
* Exposure to DCS systems and process control systems (advantageous)
* Trade qualification (desired)
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
* Basic computer literacy skills
* Strong self-motivation with minimal supervision
