The Role
Ensure the efficient handling and flow of information and correspondence by providing high-level administrative and clerical support, including general oversight of Women's and Children's Services (WACS) Clinical Stream administrative activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated high level administrative skills, together with broad experience in contemporary office management practices.
Ability to utilise hospital information systems and software applications, to create and maintain databases, prepare correspondence, and generate reports.
Proven ability to plan, set daily work priorities, and work effectively and efficiently both individually and as a member of a team to meet deadlines and achieve set objectives.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, part-time day worker position; 60.8 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary
General Stream Band 3: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata).
12% superannuation contribution on top.
Salary range follows Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement ****.
