About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior full-stack engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-impact products used by thousands daily.
* Design and build scalable, performant web applications using React and Node.js.
* Own features end-to-end: from architecture and API design to deployment and monitoring.
* Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
* Collaborate with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Shape architecture: Influence patterns, tooling, and platform standards that enable speed with safety.
* Work autonomously: Break down complex problems, identify trade-offs, and deliver pragmatic solutions in a regulated domain.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Senior-level experience (7+ years) building production-grade web applications end-to-end.
* Deep expertise in React - hooks, state management, performance optimisation.
* Strong Node.js/Express skills, including API design, security, scalability, and maintainability.
* Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
* Pragmatic problem solver: You are biased toward action, communicate clearly, and thrive with autonomy.
* Bonus: Experience with Firebase, GCP, healthcare tech.
