We are seeking a Specialist Sales Engineer to join at the forefront of innovation.

What You'll Do

* Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
* Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
* Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.
* Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in ...

* AI & LLM knowledge
o Understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, common model vendors, and common business use cases for AI
o Understanding of training methods, fine tuning, and RAG application architectures
o Understanding agents, agentic AI, tool usage, and MCP
* AI Security knowledge
o Deep understanding of Prompt injection and related LLM vulnerabilities
o Understanding of Sensitive information disclosure (PII Leakage) and Data & model poisoning
o Model tampering and extraction
o Supply chain and third-party risks
o Risk mitigation and best practices
o Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks
* Cloud & DevOps knowledge
o Familiarity with AWS, Azure and GCP
o Comfort with container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Docker and secret management
o Ability to explain IAM policies, storage and ingress requirements for each model
* Programming & API Integration Experience
o Knowledge of APIs, HTTP request/response structure and token-based authentication
o Ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs in at least one supported language (Python, Node.js, or others)
o Explain request shaping, authentication and error handling
* Communication & Presentation Skills
o Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, conducting product demonstrations and writing architecture proposals
* Managing edge deployments
o Containerization and Docker knowledge
o Kubernetes and container orchestration
o Cloud Provider tools (AWS, Azure, GCP), setup systems and manage networking
o Cloud Provider IAM
o Moderate DevOps skills and troubleshooting

* A background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
* Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments
* Compassion for taking care of prospective customers and their challenges, with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills
* Teamwork mindset with proactive problem-solving and collaboration
* Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR
* Participation in sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role
* Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-moving environment
* Comfortable in a team selling environment and close collaboration with CrowdStrike sales
* Consultative sales approach with ability to challenge companies to think differently
* Strength in evangelizing technology and discovering opportunities with prospects and existing customers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent organizational ability
* Self-starter, independent but team-oriented
* Problem resolution skills and willingness to experiment with new technologies
