Duties
* Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales at the pharmacy counter.
* Offer helpful, non‐therapeutic advice and product recommendations to support customer wellbeing.
* Collaborate with a supportive team to help deliver a range of pharmacy services.
* Take ownership of stock management, including replenishment and merchandising.
* Build positive relationships by managing customer expectations with care and professionalism.
Skills and Experience
* Previous retail and customer service experience preferred.
* S2/S3 certification valued but not required.
* Confident with EFTPOS, POS systems, and cash handling.
* Strong communication skills and a team‐focused attitude.
* No pharmacy experience needed – full training provided.
