Anglicare Southern Queensland is offering 2 full-time permanent opportunities for Scheduling Officers to join our team in the Robina office.
Pay
Base pay range: A$***** / hr – A$***** / hr.
The final rate is based on skills and experience.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (76 hours per fortnight).
Responsibilities
Use electronic scheduling systems to plan and coordinate staffing for community services, including lifestyle, transport, social support, and nursing or allied health support.
Prioritize and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment while maintaining exceptional client outcomes.
Selection Criteria
Scheduling experience using an electronic data management system; experience with Procura or Allegiance is highly regarded but not mandatory.
Self-managing with the ability to prioritize and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment.
Highly effective customer service skills.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel, and proficient alpha-numeric data entry.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups.
A friendly and flexible attitude with a distinct focus on customer service.
Dedication and commitment to error-free administration, with unwavering attention to detail even when tasks become routine.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make fast, professional, effective decisions within the scope of the role.
Initiative and ability to monitor and manage your own workload while working within role expectations, deadlines and management requirements.
Current driver's licence.
National police clearance.
