**About DCV**
**DCV** provides a broad range of NDIS and TAC (Transport Accident Commission) person-centred services, delivered by our large team of experienced support workers. DCV’s services are provided in people’s own homes and in the community, to people living with disability or mental health conditions, or requiring support with their rehabilitation and therapy programs, across the entire Eastern half of Victoria.
**About the position**
The position of **Frontline Leader** is a **full-time**, fast-paced and rewarding position. If you are interested in taking a new / different step in your career where you are influencing positive outcomes for clients, this could be the perfect position for you!
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working 8:30am to 5pm at our office in Warragul. This role does require being available after hours (on call via mobile phone) on a rotating roster to cover public holidays, weekends and overnight.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience using Lumary or other CRM (Client relationship management database) or the ability to learn a new system quickly.
- Sound knowledge and experience with the NDIS, service provision and support worker procedures and management.
- Excellent time and information management - attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Reliability, forward planning, and creative thinking.
- Database management.
- Data entry accuracy.
- Genuine desire to provide the best quality support for people with disabilities.
- Reliable character.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with clients, their families, community agencies and other professionals.
- Ability to work in a very busy environment and to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality issues.
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience and a qualification in Cert IV Disability, Community Services, Welfare and/or business management. **_(required)_**:
