Role Overview:
As our Leasing Team Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both our clients and tenants, while leading the leasing process from application to move-in. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting regular owner feedback calls and providing clear, concise feedback reports
* Ensuring daily inspection reports are finalised and distributed by the Inspections Agent
* Managing photo bookings and coordinating advertising for relets
* Reviewing and improving advertising content, including copy and photography, where required
* Guiding our offshore processing team on application priorities and managing productivity
* Overseeing the timely installation and removal of "For Rent" and "Rented" signage, as well as virtual tours
* Presenting tenancy applications to owners and providing professional recommendations
* Communicating approvals and scheduling tenancy sign-up appointments
* Conducting new tenancy sign-ups and move-in appointments for new tenancies
* Coordinating start dates and changeovers in collaboration with the Property Management team
* Responding to leasing team queries and providing clear direction
* Conducting inspections for vacant properties or general purposes as required
* Overseeing change of tenancies are progressing in a timely manner
* Scheduling and conduction general viewing inspections when required
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and an unrestricted Queensland Driver's Licence are essential
* Experience in people leadership or team coordination, ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service skills with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating effectively with others
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
* Real estate experience is an advantage but not essential—we welcome candidates from other service or leadership-based industries
