Positions available
Sommeliers - whether you're a Junior Sommelier just starting out in the world of wine, or a seasoned expert looking for a new challenge, we have a role for you at one of our exquisite restaurants. What we are looking for
At least 3 years of work experience in this role, working in a quality establishment.
Relevant qualifications.
Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
Good communication and organisational skills along with sound decision making.
Organised with the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Experience in setting and achieving targets.
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Adhere to RSA legislation.
Have full Australian working rights.
Available to work nights and weekends.
Immediate start.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a large top-performing team.
Roster to given budgets.
Staff training and development.
Assist with the organisation of events and functions.
Stock take and appropriate ordering for restaurant and wine list.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Hosting and reservation management.
