Remote Vet Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate veterinary nurse to join our team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. As a remote-based position, you will have the flexibility to work from home or use our head office in North Ryde if based in Sydney.

* Provide general advice and support to clients over the phone
* Book appointments and manage online bookings
* Triage calls and make accurate decisions with confidence
* Respond to website inquiries and handle client reminders
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience
* Clinical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Confidence in making accurate triage decisions over the phone
* A working knowledge of RxWorks
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed processes
* The ability to work independently and motivate yourself to achieve goals
