Restaurant Manager - Guzman Y Gomez Glenelg East at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen. You will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Coach and train team members to deliver exceptional service and performance.
Manage and monitor the restaurant's P&L;, including identifying opportunities to improve sales and control costs.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and brand guidelines.
Contribute to a positive work environment and culture aligned with GYG values.
