Stylerunner is looking for passionate STORE MANAGERS to lead a team in our NEW store opening in Burnside !
The Role:
We are seeking experienced leaders to join us at our new Stylerunner store in Burnside. This role involves leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of passionate casual staff to perform at their best every day. Responsibilities include driving sales and KPIs, customer engagement, and team development. You will work collaboratively with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth within your store and team in a high-profile location.
Styling customers with the latest fashion and workout wear! Our footwear destination features the largest ranges of influential brands like New Balance, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and many more.

The Role & Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, visual merchandising standards, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage management
* Motivate your team to meet KPI and sales goals
* Monitor store sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly; recognize achievements and address missed opportunities
* Manage wage costs effectively, adhering to rostering standards and budgets
* Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and support their development through training and succession planning
* Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and standards
* Roster from Tuesday to Saturday
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 1+ years of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday roster
* Motivated, driven, and proactive attitude
* Passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed
* Strategic thinking with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
* Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
* Experience managing rosters and controlling wages
