About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home care and support services for clients living in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality personal care, including daily living assistance with showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
* Support clients based on their individualised Care Plans
* Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support – Essential
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work purposes – Essential
