They are looking for someone that has delivered Payroll Transformation end-to-end working within a large team. You need proven experience mentoring senior business stakeholders through the complexities and comfortable leading from the front. To be successful you MUST HAVE: Senior Project Manager Payroll Transformation Multi million $ budgeting scaling and mentoring teams ADP Globalview exp desirable or similar systems Award Interpretations Senior stakeholder management The role will be joining a huge Australian brand who are just embarking on the Transformation. It has a two stage interview process with the final stage being conducted in person. The role will be working in a hybrid working arrangement for 3 days in the office.
