In this senior leadership role, you'll focus on guiding and supporting our Care Team to achieve exceptional outcomes while driving business growth. You will head of a team of Care Managers to provide daily leadership, professional development and a point of escalation to ensure we are able to provide quality person‑centred care.
You will lead efforts to attract new clients and enhance customer satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you'll ensure our team delivers high‑quality care and services that meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

About you
Experience in leading and managing a team
Experience in Aged Care or Disability, experience in Case Management
Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Allied Health disciplines or Leadership
Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily leadership, mentoring, guidance and training to a team of Care Managers, ensuring best practice to deliver consistent high‑quality care
Evaluate and review clients to stimulate business growth, employ strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities
Manage care operations and ensure and maintain accurate client records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider portal, including new clients, discharges, and monthly claims
Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring client needs and management strategies are properly documented and addressed
Manage ACQSC standards components, including audits and Consumer committee
