What are we looking for?
Our Workers Compensation team is growing, and we are now seeking a Law Clerk to join our Newcastle team. This is a full time, permanent roleand flexible work arrangements will be considered. Your energy and drive will be integral inachieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to yourwork. In this role you willassistthe team in managingand progressing Workers Compensation matters, as you review reports and files and preparedraft legal correspondence. Some of the key responsibilities willinclude:
* Review, analyse andsummarise documentation
* Preparing legalcorrespondence, court documents and briefs whenrequired
* Ensuring compliancewith relevant rules and regulations
* Working closely withthe legal teams to advance legal matters for clients.

* Available to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
