Your new role In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for: Undertaking and performing network, systems and cloud project implementation and deployment duties. Working alongside the pre-sales and projects team to scope and understand the project requirements. Managing IT projects end to end. Providing technical expertise and support during project implementation. Undertaking research and development duties. Assisting with escalated technical support requirements. Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Cloud, Systems, Network and Security solutions. Strong experience in Microsoft 365 / Azure migrations, Server upgrades / deployments, VMware / Hyper-V implementation and Backup & Disaster Recovery upgrades / implementations. Demonstrated experience delivering network infrastructure projects (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, SD-WAN and Voice). A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet and VMware certifications are beneficial. Proven experience working within an MSP or Consultancy. Current driver's license and access to a car.
