Qualifications & experience
* AHPRA Registration – Required
* Australian Drivers License – Required
* Current Police Check – Required
* NDIS experience or knowledge – Desirable
Tasks & responsibilities
* Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
* Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/or recovery.
* Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
* Steady source of referrals.
* Attractive rates based on experience.
