This full-time position involves reporting directly to the Office Manager, providing administrative assistance and ensuring seamless operations.


Main Responsibilities:

* Providing reception services, including answering phones and welcoming visitors.
* Maintaining office supplies and materials.
* Processing timesheets and weekly hours.
* Carrying out fleet maintenance tasks.
* Supporting rental property and accommodation administration.
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Offering general administrative support across all departments.


Requirements:
