The Aesthetic Face and Skin Clinic is seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team in Bendigo, Victoria. This is a part-time / potential full-time opportunity to be an integral part of our creative and patient-centred clinic, delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments and exceptional patient care.
This hybrid role is designed to support both clinical and administrative operations within The Aesthetic Face and Skin Clinic. As you develop your career as a Cosmetic Nurse, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the clinic by performing front of house and administrative duties. This dual role ensures high standards of patient care, compliance, and clinic efficiency, while offering opportunities for professional growth in cosmetic nursing.
What you'll be doing:
As a Cosmetic Nurse Injector, you will:
- Perform a range of advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, and other minimally invasive aesthetic procedures
- Assess patients, develop customised treatment plans, and provide professional advice and guidance
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatment offerings and clinic processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support patients throughout their aesthetic journey
- Collaborate with the wider medical team to deliver integrated and holistic care
In the Administration / Front of House role, you will:
- Greet and welcome clients, providing a professional and friendly first impression of the clinic
- Manage bookings, schedules, and client reminders through the clinic’s booking system
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate financial and client records
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client enquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Support clinic stock management, product orders, and inventory checks
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant front of house environment in line with WHS and infection control policies
- Assist with promotional campaigns, client communications, and loyalty programs
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital setting
- Exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centred approach
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry developments
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
