About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting in a friendly and professional manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and meeting them with a warm welcome;
* Booking, coordinating, and setting up meetings and events;
* Answering incoming calls and assisting with visitor check-in as required;
* Reporting and resolving any building-related issues;
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key personnel and providing timely assistance to the team;
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, have excellent communication and multitasking skills, and be immaculately presented. Comfortable liaising with high-level internal and external stakeholders is essential.
This is an ongoing contract with an opportunity to convert to permanency for the right candidate. You will work as part of a dynamic team within a highly reputable company.
