Our client, a Federal Agency, is looking for a Case Management Support Quality - APS5 Level to join their team. The position will be required to undertake quantitative and qualitative reviews of plans developed by the agency, activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident. The role will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that supports and contributes to agency's objectives.
You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm in Geelong or Richmond with a competitive pay rate of $55.24 + Super per our.
As a Case Management Support Quality - APS5 Level you will be:
- Providing support to Corporate Operations team members on corporate operations team enquiries.
- Providing advice in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
- Understanding operational issues as they arise and escalating as necessary.
- Undertaking the processing and distribution of mail and associated activities.
- Engaging with Services Australia on agency fleet enquiries
