Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mailroom Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of mail and correspondence within our organisation.
* Coordinate daily mailroom tasks such as inbound/outbound courier services and mail correspondence.
* Identify and attend to reported hazards keeping within health and safety guidelines.
* Collate daily cheques, including printing, sorting, matching and inserting into envelopes and sorting for collection by Australia Post.
* Maintain and distribute printed and general stationery stock.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Motivated, positive and driven with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Excellent at verbal and written communication.
* Ability to navigate through systems effectively.
* Able to work from our Newcastle hub each day.
