About the Role
As a technical support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for IT and campus facility services. You will deliver timely and effective assistance across multiple channels – phone, email, chat, and face-to-face.
Duties:
* Provide first-level IT support across all campuses.
* Respond to incidents and service requests promptly.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate when necessary.
