Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site New Apartment Sales role based in West End, QLD. The role involves managing inquiries from prospective buyers, conducting apartment inspections, and providing clear, accurate information about properties, pricing, and contracts. The New Apartment Sales professional will build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers, follow up on leads, and guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to settlement. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM records, preparing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting marketing activities such as open homes and promotional events. The position also includes staying informed about local market trends and project developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
* Proven Sales experience, ideally in property or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Sales Management and Training capabilities to manage pipelines, support team processes, and continuously improve sales approaches.
* Ability to work on-site, including weekends or after-hours as required for inspections and client appointments.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in documentation and client interactions.
* Comfort with CRM systems, email, and basic office software for managing leads and reporting activities.
* Relevant real estate certifications or licenses required for property sales in QLD, or willingness to obtain them.
* Familiarity with the Brisbane property market and new apartment developments is highly regarded.
* Current Real Estate License and Modern Motor Vehicle.
