Job Opportunity
The successful applicant will play a vital role in the effective management of administrative practices and operations of the school. This position provides high-level support services to the campus leadership team, teaching and support staff, students, and the broader school community.
* Providing front desk reception and secretarial duties
* Offering administrative support to teachers and support staff
* Relieving teachers by accessing daily covers and providing necessary materials and information
* Attending to parent enquiries related to student matters
* Responding to general student queries – lost property, permission slips etc.
* Managing student attendance procedures – late arrivals / early departures etc
* Coordinating campus request forms, including campus visits, staff professional development, excursions / incursions etc
* Monitoring and reconciling petty cash accounts
* Facilitating student fundraising initiatives
* Processing purchase requests and accounts payable
* Coordinating appointments with staff and external stakeholders
* Managing meeting coordination and IT support, including minute taking
* Overseeing the student enrolment process
About You
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in school administration; however, applicants from customer support or general administration backgrounds, along with data entry skills, will also be considered.
