Our Assistant Boutique Manager will be required to:Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customersHave an extensive product knowledge and must be able to act as the storyteller of CAMILLALead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA valuesAssist the Boutique Manager in the day to day management of the boutiqueMeet KPI's and coach others to achieve theirsTake responsibility for the Boutiques Visual Merchandising and sensory experienceImplement cutting-edge approaches to retain and attract customersEnsure that the Boutique and it's angels are in line with the CAMILLA standardsWho we are searching for:A confident and bright retailer with previous retail management experience (2-3 years minimum)An individual who understands customer service and can tailor in-store experiences to each customerSomeone who relishes in the beautiful surroundings of the boutique and wants to maintain this to the highest standardAn empathetic and kind leaderA retail thoroughbred, with proven experience and success in sales and KPI'sA presentable and passionate angel who is a brand ambassadorPerks of working with CAMILLA!
