Job Description Our Victorian Workforce Solutions team is looking to bring on two further Recruitment Consultants which will see you: Proactively recruiting and onboarding qualified carers, enrolled and registered nurses, and community support workers—ensuring timely, compliant placements in residential and in-home settings. Working closely with recruitment operations to convert candidates into active team members and respond swiftly to client staffing needs. Managing recruitment processes, compliance checks, and performance targets to drive sustainable workforce growth and retention. Let's talk about you! Working within a tight knit team of Recruiters and other Operational Consultants we are looking for: Strong customer service and relationship management skills – from experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment…bonus points if this is within a target-driven environment Great verbal communication skills as evidenced when we give you a call to discuss this role! Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in scheduling staff (only desirable) Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage! Experience recruiting across healthcare - aged, residential, or community care settings Proven ability to recruit and onboard compliant, quality staff quickly Positive, proactive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Background in high-volume recruitment, commercial call centre, sales, or similar settings Salary : $65-70,000 base.
