Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pmUp to 28 hours/week
Overview
Join us as a Part-time Supply Chain Associate, where you will manage inventory and support business-to-business operations through procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions to meet customer needs and drive business success. This position is based at our branch in Frackville, PA, with potential for a flexible schedule after onboarding and training.
Responsibilities
Manage branch inventory levels
Handle procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
Estimate and quote prices, source products
Coordinate resources to fulfill customer supply chain needs
Support accounts receivable activities
Make deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
Perform other duties to ensure branch success
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving record requirements
Currently pursuing or have a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in computer skills
Motivated, self-directed, customer service oriented
Strong math skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency
Organized, able to prioritize and plan
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs
Pass drug screening (if applicable)
