**A well known international residential property development & building group is looking to appoint a passionate Marketing Executive to join their team.**
Due to an extremely solid and exciting pipeline of work and company growth, this award winning residential property group is looking to bolster their marketing capabilities by appointing an experienced Marketing Executive to join the home building & residential communities property marketing team.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of internal and external marketing communications, end to end project marketing campaigns, digital & social media, launch events and brand awareness.
Within this multi-million dollar project portfolio, your role will also include developing in conjunction with your marketing manager, exciting end to end project marketing campaigns to assist the overarching sales and business strategy in order to create great brand awareness for the company and its projects.
**Generally your responsibilities will include**:
- Drive end to end project marketing campaigns
- Develop internal and external communication plans both corporate and social media
- Grow brand and project awareness
- Work in collaboration with the sales team
- Identify opportunities across integrated on and offline channels
- Contribute to budget process for communications & PR
- Maintain relationships with external service providers
- Capitalize on customer database and identify marketing opportunities
- Understanding of communication mediums from traditional advertising, digital and public relations
- Promote and foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Review all marketing / customer processes, policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization where possible
- Develop content and copy for the company internet and intranet web pages
- Collaborate with the People and Performance team to deliver the brand strategy and values material + employee engagement initiatives.
**In order to be successful in this role, demonstrated experience in the following areas is required**:
- _Please note there are 2 x opportunities so we are looking for both executive and assistant manager level marketers._
- A minimum of 2-4 + years in marketing from either Residential, Construction or a similar aligned property asset class
- Digital Marketing with SEO experience preferred
- Strong marketing campaign and communications experience
- Excellent writing, and content development skills
- Exposure to property developers or residential groups would be ideal
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Have a proactive autonomous approach to delivering work
