Your new role As a Credit Manager you will: Assess and decision on complex propriety applications from secured and consumer finance referrals Utilise your delegation to make sound and responsible credit decisions on complex applications, including self-employed, trust, multiple entities etc. Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, including directly with lenders Maintain adherence to policies and regulations, and support leadership and the team when required Make timely, risk-compliant credit decisions What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you will: Have held a delegation previously and have decided on complex deals including self-employed Have a risk mindset with strong strategic thinking Understand APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements and be focused on continuous improvement Be skilled in understanding retail lending policies Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities What you'll get in return Specialise in complex credit decisioning only Use one efficient and up-to-date system Working with a leading big 4 bank offering career pathways A collaborative, engaged and customer-driven workplace.
