Recovery Support Technician

Salary: The anticipated starting pay for this position is between $17.00 - $18.00 an hour.

About the Role:
\

1. Provide consumer-driven services that promote empowerment and independence.
\
2. Model traits such as personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness, setting a positive example for those in your care.
\
3. Refer and link consumers to community resources, ensuring they have access to the support they need.
\
4. Attend meetings and consumer staffings to develop programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
\
5. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment.
\
6. Answer calls and messages, receive and distribute mail, and observe video surveillance equipment as needed.
\
7. Promote the recovery model of treatment, incorporating trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.

Requirements:
\
\
8. You must be at least 21 years old.
\
9. A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
\
10. Personal experience with the recovery process and a willingness to discuss it as appropriate.
\
11. Demonstrated skills in human services and working with adults.
\
12. Able to work within an organizational structure and accept supervision.
\
13. Ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community.
\
14. A valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and insurability are necessary.
\
15. Basic computer skills, including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record, are required.
