The Role
A full-time opportunity has arisen for an engaging Chief Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) for our Camberwell clinic, to inspire and motivate our clinic team to continue to deliver service excellence. Working closely with the Operations Manager (VIC), our well-respected Clinical Director, and local team, you will be instrumental in strengthening our reputation and creating a 'Centre of Excellence' by supporting the development of our people.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience as a Chief MIT, Deputy Chief ready for their next step
* Leadership qualities with proven experience in motivating and developing others
* The ability to provide high-quality examinations to a broad mix of patients ensuring patient welfare and safety in line with established standard
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
* Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use initiative and independent judgement
* Commercial acumen with demonstrated awareness of how to optimise workflow and uphold patient quality care
* Relevant AHPRA and/or ASAR registration and Victorian Radiation Licence if applicable
