Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at one of our retail sites based in Helensvale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
* Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
* Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing the necessary support
* Assessing and responding to situations of risk
* Access control
* CCTV Control Room Duties
* Incident report writing and data logs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A current Security License
* A Control Room License and Crowd Control
* A current First Aid certificate and CPR
* Impeccable presentation
* Flexibility to work rotating rosters
* Great communication skills, both verbal and written
* An ability to work as part of a team
