Finance Business Partner Lead Location: Silverwater | Reports to: Head of Finance | Industry: Infrastructure We are seeking a Lead Finance Business Partner to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will provide insights to improve margin performance, manage cash flow, and support strategic initiatives, while driving automation and digital transformation within the finance function. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis. Support business partnering with project and operations teams to deliver actionable insights. Assist in project costing, bids, pricing decisions, and financial modelling. Drive process improvement and automation using ERP, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and digital solutions. Requirements Infrastructure Experience Large Business background Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CPA/CA preferred or in progress. 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance roles. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP and BI tool experience highly desirable.
