The Contracts Coordinator plays a critical role in providing advice, feedback following reviews and support to the business during the contract management stage of the Procurement process. Once contracts have been executed, the Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the administration, compliance and reporting activities related to the establishment and management of contracts, in line with the Contract Management Plan and approved procedures. The Contracts Coordinator is also responsible for continued monitoring and proactive management of active contracts to drive compliance and mitigate exposure of risk to Powerhouse. The role manages contract administration, compliance, and reporting activities to support strategic performance monitoring and enable effective oversight of contracted service delivery within the Procurement Team of the Finance Directorate, Powerhouse Museum. Specifically, the Contracts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all relevant contract details are comprehensively recorded in the Contracts Register and works closely with the Records Management team to ensure all contracts are also captured in Powerhouse's records management system.
