About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Desk & Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing technical support and troubleshooting services, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Accountabilities

* Manage the IT Service Desk queue
* 1st point of contact for all IT inquiries, requests and incident reports
* Provide L1 desktop/IT support across the business
* Manage and support company SOE (laptops, desktops, mobile device, meeting rooms etc.)
* Provide support to core business applications (Windows, O365, MS Office, Outlook, VPN)
* Support Office 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerBI, Flow)
* Contribute to Cybersecurity and other continuous improvement initiatives
* Active Directory Users, Computers and Groups administration
* Provide basic support for servers and network

You must have

To be successful in this role you must have:

* Knowledge and experience supporting key technologies – Windows10/11, Microsoft Office, Adobe products, VPN
* Relevant IT degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience may be accepted
* Good understanding and hands-on experience around Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, VPN
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* SCCM / Intune experience desirable
* IOS and Android knowledge
* Good working knowledge of servers and networking would be beneficial
