We are seeking a reliable and practical IT Support Officer to manage day-to-day IT support across our organisation. This role is hands-on and people-focused, providing first-line and general IT support to staff across multiple sites.
About The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining our core IT systems, supporting users, and ensuring technology operates smoothly to support service delivery. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT assistance. Responsibilities include but ae not limited to:
* Deliver first-line IT assistance across desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and business applications.
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* Administer user accounts and access rights and deliver support in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive).
* Help with setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment.
* Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
* Support onboarding and offboarding (device setup, access removal).
* Assist with basic cybersecurity practices and system updates.
About You
* Relevant IT qualifications or certifications
* Proven experience in IT support (Level 1-2)
* Proven experience supporting networks and mobile technologies
* Strong working knowledge of Windows environments and M365
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
