Receptionist:

* at least one year experience in beauty, cosmetic, dermal, or medical reception (essential).
* Practical background overview of the beauty industry
* Strong computer literacy and experience using clinic booking systems.
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
* High attention to detail, especially with payments, memberships, and clinical workflows.
* Confidence in discussing treatments, recommending skincare, and supporting sales conversion.
* Passion for aesthetics and willingness to learn about advanced cosmetic procedures.
* Ability to follow protocols, maintain confidentiality, and support operational standards.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
