About the Role
We're looking for someone who thrives on building genuine and long-lasting client relationships, and who thrives in high-energy environments.
You'll bring accounting expertise and knowledge, but more importantly, the ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and deliver real-world solutions in a human way.
This isn't a back-office role. It's forward-facing, energising, and focused on transformation .
What You'll Do
* Manage a portfolio of clients suited to your skills, experience and interests.
* Monitor your clients' compliance and deliverables, ensuring communication is at the forefront and all deadlines are met.
* Conduct powerful advisory meetings, provide transformational strategies and help clients build and transform their businesses.
* Provide strategic structuring advice tailored to the individual circumstances, balancing tax minimisation and wealth creation.
* Coordinate work and assist with the training of new and junior team members.
* Meet and liaise with our valued strategic partners regarding mutual clients to negotiate important deals and ensure the best financial outcomes.
* Contribute to the team environment, including building a positive, solution-focused and continuous improvement environment.
What You Bring
* Minimum 2 years' accounting experience in public practice (required)
* Full working rights in Australia (required)
* CA or CPA qualification (or interested in working towards completion)
* Knowledge of property development, investment structures, or SMSF regulations (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience in client relationship management or advisory services
* A genuine passion for building client relationships
* Big-picture thinking, but with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills—you can explain complex ideas simply
* Self-driven, organised, and solutions-focused
* Tech-savvy—proficient in Xero, Excel, MS365
