Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Answering a high level of incoming calls.
• Scheduling quote bookings and service jobs.
• Processing and emailing job details & quotes.
• Following up customer enquiries.
• Liaising with our suppliers and trades.
• Ordering materials and parts.
• General offices duties such as data entry, scanning and archiving and light cleaning.
About you:
• You will have a friendly phone manner and be customer focused.
• Always honest, professional, polite and supportive to our clients and team members.
• You are a motivated keen learner and willing to be a part of the team and grow with us.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred but not essential.
• Most importantly, a great team player and proud of what you achieve in your working day.
