A leading privately owned multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance services company which focuses on delivering a full range of projects within the WA mining industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR policy development and enforce compliance with industry standards, focusing on organizational consistency and legal integrity.
Manage employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation packages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
Develop and maintain HR reporting, analysing trends to provide strategic insight into workforce performance.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
Experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and employee management.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
What We Offer
Permanent full-time position.
Salary package $70,000 - $90,000 + Super
