Must have solid experience in payroll system implementation 3-4 months CONTRACT Hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days onsite in Geelong ) Daily rate: $900 - $950 (inc SUPER) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a payroll system implementation project currently in the testing phase. The project involves integrating operations from Perth into the Victorian business and transitioning from Pay-Global to SuccessFactors and Workforce Software (WFS). WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Oversee and coordinate the testing and implementation of payroll award payments Manage integration activities between Perth and Victoria business units Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth transition and system readiness Support change management and stakeholder communication MORE ABOUT YOU Proven experience managing payroll or HRIS implementation projects, preferably in medium to large organisations Strong understanding of payroll systems, award interpretation, and enterprise agreement implementation Demonstrated ability to manage testing phases, issue resolution, and go-live readiness Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including cross-state coordination Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts Experience working in hybrid environments with on-site and remote team coordination Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or Workforce Software (WFS) is highly desirable but not mandatory Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver within tight timeframes If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and aspirations, please apply!
