Our lifestyle community in Woolgoolga seeks an accomplished Community Leader to manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, financial and personnel management, site asset enhancement, and support the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute engaging community events, build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Oversee daily presentation, maintenance, and compliance of the community, ensuring high-quality services and a safe environment.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure workforce planning and performance management, and maintain Workplace Health and Safety standards.
* Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to support home sales, resident interviews, and occupancy levels.
* Manage financial reporting, resident records, and adherence to relevant legislation and industry codes.
About You
* Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate and valid driver's license.
* Experience in a similar role, with leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent administrative and financial management abilities, with capacity to work independently and maintain high documentation standards.
* Comfortable with occasional manual tasks such as lifting, cleaning, gardening, and using maintenance or kitchen equipment.
* Maintain a safe work environment and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
