Our client a well-established aged care provider are seeking a skilled Payroll & Rostering Coordinator to join their team. You’ll be based between Head Office and one of their sites, providing hands-on rostering and payroll support and becoming a trusted point of contact for staff queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable organisation with established systems and strong operational support. About the Role You will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll processing while also supporting resident billing and funding claims within an aged care environment. Key responsibilities include: Processing payroll accurately and on time in line with relevant awards and legislation • Managing resident billings and claims, including reconciliation and follow-up • Supporting funding processes and ensuring accurate documentation • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and billing queries • Assisting with reporting, compliance and audit requirements About You To be successful, you will have: Strong payroll experience within aged care • Experience with resident billings and claims • Exposure to aged care funding processes • Experience using care or clinical management systems (highly regarded) • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability If this sounds like you, click Apply or reach out to me directly Natasha on or
