We are looking for multiple Support Workers—whether you're new to the industry or an experienced professional supporting individuals with complex needs, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Support clients in achieving their goals by providing direct care in accordance with the individual's PSBP and company guidelines
* Navigate challenging behaviours such as verbal and physical aggression while encouraging independence, growth, and reintegration into the community
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, and other relevant records

About You
* Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) – desirable, not mandatory
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check) for paid employment
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
* Completion of NDIS Module: Quality, Safety & You
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality care to our clients
