About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation can deliver essential services efficiently and effectively by managing contracts, onboarding new suppliers, and coordinating with various business units.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage contractor management systems, coordinate drafting and execution of contracts, and liaise with the accounts team.
* Administer tenders through the tender portal to support supplier evaluation.
* Develop procurement dashboards, analyse spend data, and report on procurement metrics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
* Certificate level qualification in Business Administration and/or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience in a procurement administration role and working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
* Understanding of the procurement life cycle process from initial onboarding to end-of-contract tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage variable workloads, and meet deadlines.
